Travel Expenses
10 miles total travel is included per appointment. For distances over 10 miles, the travel charges are 45p per mile. For journeys over 1 hour 30mins, an additional £10 per 30 mins will be added to the mileage.

  • Congestion Charge – Traveling inside the congestion charge zone is payable by the client.

  • Parking – Expenses are charged to the client.

 Payment Terms (Wedding Bookings)

To secure your wedding date in advance of your wedding day and consultation, a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your wedding date.

  • Peak wedding weekend bookings from June – September will require a 50% deposit of the total invoice amount.

  • For any dates throughout the rest of the year a deposit of 30% of the total invoice amount is required.

This is deducted from your wedding day makeup and can be paid by BACS, or Cash.
The deposit is required within 14 days to secure your booking, otherwise your date will be made available to other brides. The consultation fee is required at the consultation date and the wedding day fee is required least 10 days in advance of your wedding day by BACS.

Failure to make payment will result in cancelation of your booking.

If booking with a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your wedding date full payment is required at your consultation.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancelation of the booking by us will result in a refund of 100% of costs already paid by the client. In the unlikely event that we are unable to make your wedding appointment due to personal emergency, act of god, and severe illness we will try to find you an alternative makeup artist whom we highly recommend. They will receive a brief and any products required that they might not have in their kit.

  • Cancellation of the booking by the client – Any payments that may have been made will not be refunded. Should you need to cancel any appointment please contact us as soon as possible. If a full cancellation is made within 28 days of the wedding date 30% of the final balance will still be required. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the booking the full balance is still required.

We are happy to make adjustments to the bridal party numbers but if there are any members that cancel less than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date the client will incur a surcharge of 30% of the cost of what was quoted for them.

If consultation bookings are cancelled or rescheduled giving less than 24 hour’s notice the client will incur a surcharge of £30. In extreme circumstances this may be wavered however this is at the discretion of the relevant make-up artist.

Client Responsibility
It is the clients responsibly to make us aware of any known allergies or skin sensitivities that they or their bridal party may have, and if the relevant make-up artist recommends a consultation. If on the rare occasion that any of the bridal party have any contagious skin infections the make-up artist will refuse treatment.

It is also the client's responsibility to kindly keep all pets / animals, away from the vicinity of where the treatments would take place, in order to prevent cross contamination.

Radiance Paradise is not liable for any suppliers recommended. We have public liability cover and are insured by the Association of Beauty Therapist.

We are not liable for any accidental damage that may occur at the client's chosen venue of consultation or actual beauty treatment.
